Pre-Decision Feasibility Study: In-Depth and Bespoke

This comprehensive analysis examines the macro and micro aspects of New Zealand's social and financial landscape, including specific areas of society, the business ecosystem, target communities, or any other area you prioritise. Personally tailored through collaborative terms of reference, this report will help you to make an informed decision about immigrating to, or investing in, New Zealand.

A highly bespoke settlement and/or investment plan.

This is for when you have made the decision to:

• Emigrate to New Zealand, and/ or to invest in New Zealand; or

• You would like to progress from the Pre-Decision Feasibility study and require substantially more information about what a settlement and/or investment plan would look like.

It involves the development of a much more individualised, detailed, and 100% bespoke settlement / investment plan; the details of which are agreed upon with you (and your family, agents, and any other nominated representatives).

• If immigrating, this could involve a NKG Private Ambassador travelling to your current residence to scope out the range and depth of work needed to ensure successful settlement in New Zealand.

• If investing in a business or purchasing a property, interaction can be via digital communication.

Post-arrival process.

This stage kicks in when immigration and / or investment process has begun and thus involves the implementation of the settlement / investment plan and, therefore, the process of:

• Ensuring that you and your family are provided with everything required to successfully transition into New Zealand society; or

• The decision to invest in either New Zealand real estate or business has been made and so the process of implementing the investment plan begins.

The bespoke concierge service that ensures the full implementation of the settlement plan lasts for 90 days after arrival. It is possible to negotiate for longer or shorter periods if required.

All of the three phases can be interlinked; however, none need to be. The first two opportunities provide off-ramps that the client can take without ever directly interacting with anyone in New Zealand if the decision not to emigrate or invest is reached, whereas the third opportunity is actioning the immigration or investment process.
